Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Australia 💪🏼

We currently ship to:

  • Australia & New Zealand
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, etc.)
  • Asia-Pacific (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, etc.)

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

It depends on your country:

  • United States: Most orders arrive without issue. However, U.S. Customs may charge a tariff (typically 25–45%). If this happens, USPS will contact you directly to pay the fee before delivery.
  • Australia: No customs charges — we ship domestically.
  • New Zealand: You may be charged GST or import handling fees depending on your order’s value.
  • Canada, UK, Europe: You may be charged VAT, import duties, or courier fees upon delivery.
  • Asia (Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.): Some countries may charge low-value GST or import handling fees.

These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and are out of our control.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to lodge all orders as quickly as possible — typically within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Shopify will show estimated delivery timeframes at checkout — these are based on your shipping zone and current carrier conditions.

What’s your return & refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds or returns unless there’s been an error on our part. Refunds will only be issued if:
• The wrong item was sent
• A skein is missing or severely damaged (e.g. unravelled, cut, or unusable)

To be eligible, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with a photo and brief explanation. If approved, only the affected item(s) will be refunded — not the entire order.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Colour preferences or variations — colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and device display
• Minor differences in yarn texture, fluffiness, or winding

Digital products (like crochet and cross-stitch patterns) are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.

What if there’s an issue with the yarn?

If you receive the wrong skein or something is significantly wrong with the yarn (e.g. snapped, missing, or tangled), we’ll replace or refund the affected item.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and include a photo so we can help.

Note: We don’t offer returns for colour variation due to screen differences, minor packaging inconsistencies, or natural batch differences — but if you’re unsure, message us before ordering and we’ll help guide you!
